Sales Representative

Job Location: Kansas City
We are seeking an Interior Finish Sales Professional. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for Interior Design with the drive to sell. You will work with the top Home Builders, Architects, Designers, Contractors and Interior Finishing Retailers in the Kansas City Metro area. You will be working with quality people and a customer service staff known as the best in the business.

Responsibilities:
1. Use lead sources to identify upcoming business opportunities.
2. Call on and work with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Designers and Retailers to increase residential and commercial business.
3. Work closely with quality people and build lasting relationships.
4. Manage current customers and contractors to provide solutions and seek additional sales opportunities.
5. Develop a sales territory plan with goals and activities.
6. Occasional overnight travel required.

Candidate Profile:
1. 2 years of sales experience preferred.
2. Proven track record in identifying, building and expanding new sales opportunities.
3. Experience in selling higher end, higher quality products.
4. Past sales experience helpful in these areas.

c. Architectural and design
d. Interior finish products
5. Computer skills required.
6. Personality traits:
Enjoys working independently, is a self-starter, can interface with others and enjoys sharing in success.
7. Strong relationship building and communication skills.
